You can use CodePeer as a stand-in replacement for GitHub code reviews, even if the other participants don't use CodePeer. All activity performed on CodePeer is automatically sync'd to GitHub and vice versa. That said, the code review experience is improved when your teammates are also on CodePeer. Send them an invite from the settings page and they'll get immediate access to the product.
